OUR
SERVICES
We offer a wide range of services that are available up to 24
hours a day, seven days a week. They include:
|
Homemakers: Shop, prepare meals, do light housework,
run errands and drive clients to appointments.
|
|
Home Health Aides: Help with personal care, bathing, dressing
and other activities of daily living. They also help the client
get out of bed and ambulate and can provide reminders to take medication.
|
| Companions: Read to clients, accompany them to museums,
social activities or physician appointments. They can also provide
respite for caregivers.
|
| Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses: Provide post-operative care, do medication refills and provide
oversight to the non-clinical staff.
|
|
Private Care Managers: Complete comprehensive assessments of
the client's needs; develop care plans that address short and long term
needs; serve as advocates for seniors and disabled adults, provide guidance
in alternative housing options, provide crisis intervention when illness
strikes and can serve as a Liaison for families with out of state relatives. |

Payment for Services:

Most
clients pay privately for services. If the client has long
term care insurance, some or all of the care may be covered
|
